Refund Policy

At BabyGo, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to making returns and refunds simple and efficient.

1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by logging into your account and navigating to the My Account section. Once the cancellation request is processed, the refund will be initiated within 24–48 business hours.

  • Partial cancellation of products is not allowed; the entire order must be cancelled.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once delivered.
  • Discounts and promotional offers may not apply if the order is cancelled.
  • If an order is cancelled during shipment, the refund will be processed after the products are received at our warehouse.

 

2. Returns

You can return products within 7 days of delivery by logging into your account and submitting a return request under My Account. Returns are only allowed once per order.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documents. Returns without original packaging or damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.

 

3. Refunds

For Prepaid Orders:

Refunds will be credited to your original payment account within 7–10 working days after the returned products are received and verified at our warehouse.

For Cash on Delivery Orders:

You will need to share your bank details using the form available at:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.

Important Notes:

  • Coupons or discount codes used during checkout will be treated as used even if the order is cancelled.
  • Refunds will only be processed once products are verified and deemed returnable.

 

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report it by logging into your account. Our team will arrange for a return pickup within 4-5 business days.

Refunds will be processed after the product is inspected at our warehouse.

 

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Returns are not accepted if:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse
  • Packaging, labels, or accessories are missing or tampered with
  • The product is altered or defective but outside warranty
  • Return requests are made after 30 days
  • Free gifts or promotional items are involved
